I. Privacy Policy

 

“K-CULTURE Service” (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and is doing its best to ensure that your personal information is protected. Accordingly, we comply with the personal information protection regulations of related laws such as the ‘Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.’ and the ‘Personal Information Protection Guidelines’ established by the Ministry of Information and Communication. The service's personal information protection policy may change from time to time due to changes in government laws and guidelines or changes in internal operating policies. If the personal information protection policy is revised accordingly, the changes will be immediately posted through a notice. We are making it easy for customers to find out what has been revised. Customers are requested to check frequently when visiting the service.

 

The service's privacy policy contains the following contents.

 

1. General provisions

Personal information refers to information about a living individual that can identify that individual (even if the information alone cannot identify a specific individual, it includes information that can be easily combined with other information to identify the individual).

 

2. Consent to collection of personal information

The service requires customers' consent to collect personal information, and has established a personal information collection consent procedure within the customer inquiry menu. If you click the “Agree” button in the personal information collection consent box, you will be deemed to have agreed that the personal information you entered will be stored in our database and used for the purposes specified above the “Agree” button.

 

3. Purpose of collection and use of personal information

The service collects and uses personal information necessary to provide services to customers.

The specific purposes of collection and use according to the personal information items collected are as follows.

- Member: Name, email address, password, contact information, school name, grade information, cookies, payment records, and account information set by the user through linking with external services such as Facebook

- Purpose of use: Data to provide personalized services and identify membership registration

 

4. Collection of personal information through cookies

The service uses 'cookies' to store and retrieve information about customers from time to time.

Cookies are small amounts of information that a website sends to your computer browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.). When a customer accesses a website, the contents of the cookie in the customer's browser are read, additional information about the customer is found on the customer's computer, and services can be provided without additional input such as name upon access. Cookies identify your computer but do not personally identify you. You also have choices regarding cookies. By adjusting the options of your web browser, you have the option of accepting all cookies, notifying you when a cookie is placed, or rejecting all cookies.

 

5. Disclosure of personal information

Any loss or problem that arises from personal information voluntarily disclosed by the customer within the service is entirely the responsibility of the customer, and we do not bear any responsibility for it unless it is caused by intention or negligence. Please be aware that personal information posted in public spaces may be collected by others and used without permission, and this may result in unwanted damage.

 

6. Post

The service values ​​your posts and does its best to protect them from being altered, damaged, or deleted.

However, in the following cases, deletion may be taken after explicit or individual warning.

 

- Spam posts (e.g. chain letters, money-making emails, etc.)

- Writings that defame others by spreading false information for the purpose of slandering others

- Disclosure of personal information of others without consent

- Content that infringes on the rights, such as copyright, of a third party

 

In order to promote a desirable bulletin board culture and protect personal information, if another person's personal information is posted without consent, the service may delete certain parts or modify it with symbols, etc.

 

7. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Your personal information is generally disposed of once the purpose of collecting or providing it has been achieved. However, in cases where it is necessary to retain member information under the provisions of relevant laws, such as the Commercial Act and the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.," the Service will retain this information for a specified period as prescribed by such laws. In such cases, the Service will use the retained information solely for the purpose of retention, and the retention periods are as follows:

Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions: 5 years

Records of payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years

Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

Records of fraudulent use, etc.: 5 years

2) The Service will retain information for the agreed-upon period in cases where the retention period has been announced in advance and has not yet elapsed or in cases of individual consent.

3) For personal information protection, if a customer does not use the "Service" for the personal information retention period (1 year), the Service may suspend the use of the account by separating the "ID" as a "Dormant Account." In such cases, the Service will provide prior notification to the user via one of the following methods, either electronically, in writing, or via SMS, at least 30 days before the "Dormant Account Processing Date." If the user expresses their intention to use the "Service" again after undergoing identity verification, they can resume using the "Service."

 

The Service handles your valuable personal information securely and employs the following methods to dispose of personal information to prevent data leaks:

- Personal information printed on paper is destroyed through shredding or incineration.

- Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technology that makes the data irrecoverable.

 

8. Withdrawal of Consent for the Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time. If you contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone, or via email, the necessary actions will be taken promptly, including the deletion of your personal information.

 

9. Technical and Administrative Measures for Personal Information Protection

1) Technical Measures

The Service applies the following technical measures to ensure the security of your personal information and prevent its loss, theft, disclosure, alteration, or damage:

a. Your personal information is managed using an internal network that is inaccessible from external networks. Encryption or file locking (Lock) functions are used for files and transmitted data, and important data is thoroughly protected through separate security features.

2) Administrative Measures

a. The Service has established procedures and educates its employees to understand and comply with the necessary processes related to accessing and managing your personal information.

b. Access to your personal information is limited to the minimum number of personnel required. Those who can access your personal information include:

- Individuals involved in marketing tasks that involve direct or indirect interaction with customers.

- Personnel responsible for managing and protecting personal information.

- Others who unavoidably handle personal information in the course of their work.

c. The Service provides regular in-house education to employees on new security technologies, personal information protection duties, and related matters.

d. When hiring new employees, the Service has them sign agreements, such as information protection agreements or personal information protection agreements, to prevent unauthorized disclosure of your personal information. It also maintains internal procedures to continuously audit compliance with the personal information protection policy and the employee's adherence to it.

e. Upon an employee's retirement, they sign a nondisclosure agreement to prevent them from damaging, infringing upon, or leaking any personal information that they became aware of during their work.

f. The handover of responsibilities for personal information handling is carried out thoroughly while maintaining security. Specific responsibilities for personal information breach incidents are clearly defined for employees after hiring and upon leaving.

 

10. Transmission of Advertising Information

The Service does not transmit commercial advertisements without your prior consent.

 

11. Outsourcing of Personal Information-related Tasks

For the improvement of the Service, customer personal information may be outsourced to external professional companies for processing. When outsourcing the processing of personal information, the Service will notify customers in advance. Additionally, through outsourcing agreements, the Service clearly stipulates compliance with instructions regarding personal information protection, confidentiality of personal information, the prohibition of third-party provision, and responsibilities in case of incidents. The Service retains a copy of such agreements in writing or electronically.

 

12. Personal Information Center

To protect your personal information and address complaints related to personal information, the Service appoints a Personal Information Center. If you have inquiries regarding your personal information, please contact the following Personal Information Center. We will provide prompt and sincere responses to your inquiries.

13. Consultation and Reporting on Personal Information Breaches

If you require consultation regarding personal information breaches, you can contact the Personal Information Breach Report Center, the Cyber Investigation Unit of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, or the Cyber Terror Response Center of the National Police Agency.

 

14. Obligation to Notify

If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to the current privacy policy, the Service will notify customers through the "Notice" section on the website at least 7 days in advance. However, in cases of significant changes to customer rights, such as the collection and use of personal information, third-party provision, etc., the Service will provide notice at least 30 days in advance.

Chapter 1: General Provisions

 

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions refer to the “K-CULTURE” service provided by WEDU Communications Co., Ltd. as a platform that provides simulation-based non-face-to-face “K-FOOD” education and training services to revitalize the global Korean food industry. The purpose is to stipulate procedures, rights, obligations, responsibilities and other necessary matters of users and “K-CULTURE”.

 

Article 2 (Definition of terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

① User: A person who receives services provided by “K-CULTURE” in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

② Member: A person who uses or intends to use the services provided by “K-CULTURE” and includes those who have entered into or intend to enter into a service agreement with “K-CULTURE” through linking with external services such as Facebook. A person who has gone through the membership registration process, such as settings, and has been recognized as a member through a membership confirmation email, etc.

③ Non-member: A person who uses the services provided by “K-CULTURE” without registering as a member.

④ ID (unique number): A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by “K-CULTURE” for “member” identification and “member” service use (users can issue and use only one ID)

⑤ Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user to protect the information of the “member”

⑥ Membership registration: Membership registration refers to the use agreement concluded between “K-CULTURE” and “Member” in relation to the use of the service.

⑦ Withdrawal of “membership”: Expression of intention by a “member” to terminate the service agreement with “K-CULTURE”

⑧ Posting: Text, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information such as signs, text, voice, sound, image, video, etc. posted on the “Service” by a “Member” when using the “Service”

⑨ Linked institution service: Refers to all services of linked institutions provided by “K-CULTURE” to members online. Linked institution service is a service that can be linked with “K-CULTURE” and is in partnership with “K-CULTURE”. A service that operates content

 

Article 3 (Effectiveness and change of terms and conditions)

① “K-CULTURE” will provide services to users on the condition that you agree to the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and if you agree to the contents of these Terms and Conditions, “K-CULTURE”’s service provision activities and your service These Terms and Conditions will apply to your use.

② These terms and conditions are announced to users by posting them on the service screen or through other means, and become effective for users who agree to them and sign up for the service.

③ If “K-CULTURE” deems necessary, the contents of these terms and conditions may be changed, and the changed terms and conditions will be announced on the service screen so that users can directly check them.

④ If users do not agree to the changed terms and conditions, they may stop using the service and cancel their membership registration. However, if the user accesses the service after the change in terms and conditions and continues to use the service without expressing his/her intention, he/she is deemed to have agreed to the change in terms and conditions.

⑤ These terms and conditions apply preferentially to “K-CULTURE”’s service provision activities and users’ service use activities. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the relevant laws and general practices of the Republic of Korea, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Korea Communications Standards Commission deliberation regulations, and the Information and Communications Code of Ethics. It depends.

 

Chapter 2 Membership Registration

 

Article 4 (Establishment of membership registration)

① Membership registration is established upon the user’s consent to these Terms and Conditions and “K-CULTURE”’s approval of the user’s membership application.

② You are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions by selecting the “I agree to the Terms of Use” button on the application form at the time of application for membership.

③ Membership application is made by the user registering information about the user's personal information and intention to become a service member in the service's application form.

④ After registering as a member, you can request confirmation of additional terms and conditions applicable to the use of affiliated organization services and consent to the use of information. If such additional terms and conditions conflict with these Terms and Conditions, such additional terms and conditions shall take precedence with respect to use of the Affiliated Organization Services.

⑤ When registering as a member through linking with external services such as Facebook, you must “agree” or “agree” to these Terms and Conditions, the Personal Information Processing Policy, and “K-CULTURE’s” access to and use of the “Member’s” external service account information to provide services. When you press the "Confirm" button, membership registration is established by "K-CULTURE" providing guidance on the web and notifying the "Member" by e-mail.

 

Article 5 (Approval and rejection of membership application)

① “K-CULTURE” will approve the membership application if there is an application for membership that accurately states the matters stipulated in Article 4, unless there are special reasons for rejection.

② “K-CULTURE” may restrict part or all of the user’s use of the service in any of the following cases. Restricting part or all of the use of the service includes depriving the user of his or her membership, blocking access to the service, and deleting posts posted by the user.

1. If the information regarding one's personal information provided by the user is found to be false (e.g., name, email address is different from actual information, etc.), or there are reasonable grounds to suspect that it is false.

2. If the user enters false information when applying for membership

3. Users use the service to violate the purpose of the service, such as posting illegal posts (e.g., spreading false facts, defamatory expressions, profanity or slander, commercial advertisements, obscene or vulgar writings, photos or videos, etc.) If an act is committed that undermines social order or morals

4. When a user files an unfair complaint using the service

5. If the application requirements set forth in “K-CULTURE” are not met, the establishment of a service agreement may be postponed until the reason is resolved.


Article 6 (Security of Member Information) 

① "K-CULTURE" establishes a privacy policy in accordance with Article 29 of the "Personal Information Protection Act" and takes necessary technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure the security of personal information. 

② The responsibility for the management of ID and password lies entirely with the member, and if a member discovers that their ID or password has been used fraudulently, they must immediately report it to "K-CULTURE." All responsibilities arising from the failure to report shall be borne by the member themselves. 

③ Users must ensure that they log out accurately each time they finish using the "K-CULTURE" service. "K-CULTURE" shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the failure to accurately log out, which could lead to third parties using the user's information.

 

Article 7 (Change of Member Information) 

① Members can access their registration information at any time through "My Page > Settings" within the service. 

② Members are responsible for updating their registration information when it changes, and any issues arising from the failure to update member information shall be the responsibility of the member.

 

Chapter 3 Provision and Use of Services

 

Article 8 (Use of Services) 

① "K-CULTURE" provides the following services:

1. Online education and provision of related educational information.

2. Providing a platform for content creation and educational operation, and more. 

② "K-CULTURE" may add or change the content of the service as needed. 

③ "K-CULTURE" will begin providing the service from the approval of the member's application for membership. However, for certain services as determined separately by "K-CULTURE," the service will begin from the date specified by "K-CULTURE." 

④ In the event that "K-CULTURE" is unable to commence the service due to business or technical reasons, it will be announced on the website or notified to the members. 

⑤ The use of the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless "K-CULTURE" temporarily suspends the service for business or technical reasons, or for regular inspections, and such suspensions will be announced in advance or afterward by "K-CULTURE." 

⑥ In cases where there are special reasons requiring "K-CULTURE" to provide services only to specific members (e.g., specific offline education events), "K-CULTURE" may provide services only to those specific members and restrict the use of the service by general members. 

⑦ "K-CULTURE" may separate the service into specific ranges and specify separate usage times for each range, and this information will be announced in advance. 

⑧ When "K-CULTURE" notifies a member, unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, it may be done through electronic mail. 

⑨ In cases where "K-CULTURE" notifies all members, it may be done by posting the notice on the service's bulletin board for more than 7 days, thus replacing the notification in paragraph 8.

 

Article 9 (Change, Suspension of Service, and Storage and Use of Information) 

① If the contents of messages, other communication messages, etc., stored or transmitted through "K-CULTURE" services are not stored or are deleted due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure beyond the control of "K-CULTURE," or other force majeure, "K-CULTURE" shall not be responsible for it. 

② If "K-CULTURE" needs to temporarily suspend the service due to difficulties in providing normal service, it may notify the members one week in advance and then suspend the service. In this case, "K-CULTURE" shall not be liable. The advance notice period may be shortened or omitted at the discretion of "K-CULTURE" if there are significant reasons. 

③ Even if the service is temporarily suspended as in paragraph 2, "K-CULTURE" shall not be liable for the loss of stored or transmitted messages, other communication messages, and other communication data, or for cases where they were not stored, deleted, or not transmitted. 

④ In cases where "K-CULTURE" needs to permanently discontinue the service due to its circumstances, paragraph 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis. However, in this case, the advance notice period shall be one month. 

⑤ "K-CULTURE" may temporarily modify, change, or suspend the service after giving advance notice, and "K-CULTURE" shall not be responsible for this. 

⑥ If a user violates the contents of these terms and conditions, "K-CULTURE" may suspend the user's use of the service. In this case, "K-CULTURE" may prohibit the user from accessing the service and may delete all or part of the content posted by the user. 

⑦ "K-CULTURE" will block unnecessary information provided to long-term non-logging-in members in advance and implement a policy for managing dormant accounts to protect members' valuable personal information.

1. If a member does not log in for 12 months during the use of the service after applying for membership, "K-CULTURE" may restrict the use of the service.

2. Afterward, if a member does not log in for 12 months (continuously for 24 months) to use the service, the service usage agreement may be terminated, and in this case, the service data used by the member will be deleted.

3. The member shall be responsible for all the data loss resulting from the termination of the usage agreement.

Article 10 (Provision of Information and Posting of Advertisements) 

① "K-CULTURE" may provide various information deemed necessary to members through email or social networking services (SNS) such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. If members receive unwanted information, they may refuse to receive it. 

② In connection with the operation of the service, "K-CULTURE" may display advertisements on service screens, homepages, emails, etc. Users who wish to use the service are considered to have given their consent to the display of advertisements, etc.

 

Article 11 (Deletion of Posts or Contents) 

① "K-CULTURE" may delete any posts or content within the service posted or registered by a user without prior notice if any of the following cases apply. "K-CULTURE" shall not be responsible for any claims regarding the deletion of posts.

1. If the content defames other members or third parties or contains slanderous statements.

2. If the content violates public order and morals.

3. If the content is linked to a criminal act.

4. If the content infringes upon the copyright or other rights of a third party.

5. If the information does not align with the nature of the service.

6. If there is a violation of other related laws and regulations set by "K-CULTURE." 

② "K-CULTURE" reserves the right to edit, move, and delete posts after providing prior notice. Posts that violate these Terms and Conditions and related laws or are posted by terminated members may be deleted without prior notice. 

③ If a post loses its relevance or meaning after a significant period has passed since the date of posting, "K-CULTURE" may notify the relevant user and delete the post after a one-week notice period.

 

Article 12 (Copyright of Posts) 

① The copyright of posts made by users while accessing the service belongs to the copyright holder of the post. "K-CULTURE" may use it to the extent that it does not violate the law. 

② Users bear full civil and criminal liability for any posting that infringes upon another person's copyright, program copyright, etc. 

③ Users may not use materials posted on the service for commercial purposes, including processing or selling information obtained using the service. 

④ If an individual under the age of 14 registers as a member and requests to register content they have created, if the parent creates an account for their child at the time of membership registration and agrees to the current terms and conditions, it may be considered that they have agreed to Paragraph 1 above.

 

Article 13 (Rights Regarding "K-CULTURE" Services) 

① "K-CULTURE" holds the intellectual property rights and other rights associated with the services it provides, including necessary software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information, and trademarks. 

② Except in cases where "K-CULTURE" has explicitly granted prior approval, users are not allowed to modify, rent, loan, sell, distribute, produce, transfer, sublicense, create liens, or use for commercial purposes any or all of the rights specified in Paragraph 1. Nor can they permit third parties to do the same.

 

Chapter 4 Obligations of Member Parties

 

Article 14 (Member's Obligations) 

① When signing up to use the service, members must provide accurate information at the time of registration (referred to as "subscription information"). Additionally, if there are changes in the membership information, members must promptly update it, and "K-CULTURE" shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by members due to failure to update their information. 

② Members may use their ID and password, obtained upon completing the registration process, to access the service. Members must adhere to the following provisions for managing their ID and password, and "K-CULTURE" shall not be liable for any damages resulting from violations of these provisions:

1. Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.

2. If a member becomes aware that a third party is using their ID and password without consent, they must immediately report it to "K-CULTURE."

3. When members finish using the service, they must log out to terminate the connection. 

③ While using the service, members must refrain from engaging in any of the following acts:

1. Acts that cause harm to others or other acts as listed below: 

a. Stealing someone else's ID or password or impersonating someone else. 

b. Falsely claiming a relationship with another person. 

c. Defamation through the dissemination of true or false facts with the intent to slander others. 

d. Distributing false information to gain property benefits for oneself or others or to cause harm to others. 

e. Repeatedly sending words, sounds, texts, images, or videos that cause shame, disgust, or fear to another person, interfering with their daily life. 

f. Engaging in commercial activities without prior approval from "K-CULTURE" using the service.

2. Posting unnecessary or unauthorized advertisements or promotional materials, or posting "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "postings," "pyramid schemes," etc., with the intent of solicitation, posting, or emailing.

3. Posting, publishing, or emailing vulgar or obscene content, including data, text, software, music, photos, graphics, video messages, etc. (referred to as "Content").

4. Posting, publishing, or emailing content for which the user does not have rights (including all rights, such as intellectual property rights).

5. Posting, publishing, or emailing materials containing software viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs intended to destroy, interfere with, or limit the functionality of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

6. Collecting or storing personal member information of other users through posting, publishing, or emailing materials containing other computer codes, files, or programs.

7. Engaging in gambling or betting with money.

8. Facilitating prostitution or distributing information related to prostitution.

9. Conducting commercial activities using the service (unless prior approval is obtained from "K-CULTURE").

10. Any other illegal or unfair actions. 

④ Members must adhere to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and relevant laws.

 

Article 15 (Obligations of “K-CULTURE”)

① Unless there are special circumstances, “K-CULTURE” commences service on the service provision start date requested by the member.

② “K-CULTURE” strives to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

③ “K-CULTURE” must promptly process opinions or complaints raised by members if it deems them to be legitimate. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the member must be notified of the reason and processing schedule.

④ “K-CULTURE” strives to protect members’ personal information, including member registration information, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. “K-CULTURE” complies with Article 16 and related laws and regulations regarding the protection of members’ personal information.

 

Article 16 (Personal Information Protection Policy)

① “K-CULTURE” collects information about members through the information provided by members when applying for membership, and the member’s registration information is used for the purpose of fulfilling this membership registration and providing services for this membership registration.

② “K-CULTURE” cannot disclose or distribute member information acquired in connection with service provision to a third party without the member’s approval, and cannot use it for commercial purposes. However, this does not apply in the cases listed below.

1. When there is a request from a relevant agency for investigative purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

2. When there is a request from the Korea Communications Standards Commission

3. If there is a request in accordance with the procedures prescribed by other relevant laws and regulations

 

Chapter 5 Withdrawal and Termination of Membership

 

Article 17 (Membership termination and use restrictions)

① If a member wishes to cancel his/her membership, the member must directly apply for cancellation to our site via the Internet.

② “K-CULTURE” may request or change a member’s phone number and password for reasons such as security and ID policy, smooth provision of services, etc.

③ “K-CULTURE” may terminate membership without prior notice if a member engages in any of the following acts.

1. If the data provided by the member is proven to be false, such as registration under a non-real name, email or phone number theft, etc.

2. In case of involvement in criminal activity

3. When planning or executing service use for the purpose of harming national or social public interest

4. In case of stealing another person’s service ID and password

5. In case of damaging the reputation of others or putting them at a disadvantage.

6. In case of hindering the sound use of the service, such as causing harm to the service.

7. In case of violation of other related laws or terms of use established by “K-CULTURE”

 

Chapter 6 Others

 

Article 18 (Fees and Paid Information)

① The use of the service is basically free. However, this does not apply to separate paid information and paid services specified in the service.

1. Monthly flat rate

2. Semester system (US standard semester system)

3. Premium system (per year)

② If there are separate terms and conditions regarding the provision of paid information and paid services, the effect of those terms and conditions takes precedence over these terms and conditions.

 

Article 19 (Prohibition of transfer)

Members cannot transfer or gift the right to use the service or other membership status to others, and cannot provide them as collateral.

 

Chapter 7 Compensation for damages, etc.

 

Article 20 (Compensation for Damages)

“K-CULTURE” shall not be liable for any damage that may occur to users in connection with services provided free of charge, unless such damage is caused by “K-CULTURE” or its gross negligence. In the case of paid service, liability is only possible if it is caused by “K-Culture” or its gross negligence.

 

Article 21 (Disclaimer)

① If “K-CULTURE” is unable to provide the “K-CULTURE” service due to a natural disaster or other force majeure, it is exempt from liability in relation to the failure to provide the service.

② “K-CULTURE” is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the user.

③ “K-CULTURE” is not responsible for the profits the user expects from using the service or for any damage caused by data obtained through the service.

④ “K-CULTURE” is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.

 

Article 22 (Jurisdiction)

① If a dispute arises between “K-CULTURE” and the user regarding the use of the service, “K-CULTURE” and the user must endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably.

② Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed regarding the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of “K-CULTURE” shall be the competent court.
